Code of Ethic

This "Kado Group Code of Ethics" establishes the principles that all executives and employees of the Kado Group must adhere to.

For our company, the most important aspect is "the trust of our customers (investors)." To meet this trust, it is not enough to merely comply with the law; it is essential to act with a sense of ethical responsibility. This Code of Ethics is based on the "Principles in the Financial Services Industry" published by the Financial Services Agency, and although it primarily serves as a basic guideline, it goes beyond legal compliance. As providers of financial services, we aim for all employees of the Kado Group to act in line with the norms and ethics demanded by society and based on common sense, so that we can meet the expectations of society and fulfill our role.

We will work diligently and sincerely in our daily corporate activities in accordance with this Code of Ethics, and in the event of any violations, we will promptly investigate the cause and take measures to prevent recurrence.

We will engage with our customers honestly and sincerely, providing necessary information and advice. ▶6. We will deepen our knowledge of risk management, comprehensively understand various risks, and work towards controlling them. ▶7. We will handle personal information appropriately. ▶8. We will foster a healthy and open corporate culture and strive for growth in harmony with society. ▶9. We will respect the dignity of all stakeholders, reject any form of harassment or discrimination, and contribute to the healthy development of society and the economy. ▶10. In an era of globalization, we will respect different cultural traditions, customs, and values. ▶11. We will eliminate antisocial forces and firmly reject illegal and unjust demands. ▶12. We aim to create a circular society, work toward the preservation of the global environment, and strive to leave a richer and fairer society for future generations. ▶13.
